At EVAC, Adelaide’s premier console gaming club, we recognise that not all video games are created equal, and we seek to celebrate the good games of this and bygone ages.
You’ll find us playing some of these games (and Naruto) in the Margaret Murray Room on level 4 of Union House from 4 P.M. until 8 P.M. this Friday. We hope to see you there.
Drop us a note on the forum if you need help finding us, or want to bring along something rare or special for us to try.
EVAC 30/9/2011 – Elagitarian Values Absolutely Condemned
EVAC 23/9/11- Evicted Vagrants Adjourn from Cinema
Oh Thom, you used “vagrants” in the post header again?
Get more creative!
A good point there, but one that could be better made at this week’s EVAC meeting, from 4pm to 8pm in the Margaret Murray Room, on the Western end of Level 4 of Union House (contrary to what you may have heard). Please note the change of location…back to the usual place.
All the usual favourites (and maybe something interesting, if you bring it) will be there, and we’ll be heading up to the markets for dinner afterwards, if we can fight our way through the protesters and counter-protesters in the mall.
If you have any questions, or want to let us know what you’re bringing along, drop us a line at the forum.
EVAC 16/9/11 – Embraces Virtuosos And Casuals
Got that gaming bug after OzAsia?
Had a tough week at uni?
Just want to lay the smackdown?
EVAC (Adelaide Uni’s venerable console gaming club) is meeting this Friday in the Margaret Murray Room, Level 4 of Union House at the University from 4 to 8 P.M. with an optional dinner at the central markets afterwards. We’re open to anyone with an enthusiasm for video games and free time on a friday night.
If you’d like to bring a console or game along, or ask any questions, drop us a line over at the club forum.
EVAC 9/9/11 – Endorses Videogaming Around Campus
EVAC, Adelaide University’s console gaming club, is meeting yet again this week in the Margaret Murray Room, on level 4 of Union House (access by the Western stairs from the cloisters or the door at the back of the building opposite the Observatory). We’ll be playing a range of videogames that might not all be Naruto, and you can find out up-to-the-last-post information at the club forum.
If that’s not enough for you, there’s also the weekly FIFA tournament in the Unibar, or you could represent EVAC in the Clubs Cup playing Wii Sports, so there’s no excuse for not getting your dose of on-campus gaming in this week.
